About me

​

My aim is to come alongside you - to really listen and take the time to understand your unique experience of life.  

I am an Accredited Member of the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) and work with adults and young people. I have a CBCAB Diploma in Therapeutic Counselling and a CPCAB Advanced Diploma in Counselling Children and Young People. I undertake regular professional development training- most recently in Internal Family Systems, Embodiment Practices for Anxiety and Trauma, and Mindfulness and Meditation. I work in private practice and have spent 5 years combined working in the charitable sector at Cotswold Counselling and TIC+ (Teens in Crisis) in Gloucestershire. I am also a registered Therapist with WPA private Health Insurance.
